Those lucky few who were able to order a Nexus 6 from the Play Store in that first round should have a surprise on their doorsteps very soon. Buyers started getting shipping notifications last night indicating the devices are on the way.
Even with all the delays and pre-order windows that could be measured in nanoseconds, Google is managing to get at least some devices out the door on time. The supply of phones should start to tick upward in the next week or two until all existing orders have been filled by late this month or early next.
